The Food Talk Project in Algiers (4)
Students from O. Perry Walker interviewed elders in their community to learn about how they used to get food in their neighborhoods. The students took the information about the former food systems and interview subjects to make posters to display in public places. The posters show how good food is important to the community and the individuals that told their stories.
